With an optimally located site on the shores of the Oosterschelde marine nature reserve in the Netherlands servicing the EU market daily, full cycle hatchery, an on site R&D facility, and an advanced grow-out system; and a 2nd site in development in Jonesport Maine for the US market, The Kingfish Company is a first mover operating at the cutting edge of sustainable, land based, high value marine aquaculture in the EU and the US.

Kingfish Zeeland
Kingfish Zeeland ist ein international aktiver Aquakulturbetrieb mit eigener Produktion in der niederländischen Provinz Zeeland. Dort nutzen wir das saubere Wasser des Meeresarms Oosterschelde, eines Natura 2000-Schutzgebiets, um eine gesunde Delikatesse der Spitzenklasse zu produzieren: unseren Dutch Yellowtail, auch bekannt als Gelbschwanzmakrele, Seriola Lalandi, Hiramasa oder Kingfish. Die Zucht findet gänzlich ohne Einsatz von Antibiotika oder anderen Chemikalien statt.
Unser Dutch Yellowtail ist ein Klassiker von hoher Qualität, ob als Sashimi, gegrillt oder geräuchert. Zudem ist sie eine hervorragende, nachhaltige Alternative, die von der Good Fish Foundation als „gute Wahl“ empfohlen wird. Der frische Fisch wird das ganze Jahr über täglich frisch aus den Niederlanden in die gesamte EU geliefert.
